All our jewellery is handmade although we do dispatch orders as soon as we can, we recommend allowing 5-12 working days for jewellery to be made and ready to dispatch, although often it is much sooner than this. Those items which are made to order will take a little longer. Please refer to the product description for more information or please contact us at info@epiphany-gems.com

If you need your order urgently please get in touch to let us know the date you need your order by so that we can make sure it's ready in time.

Products under £50 are sent Royal Mail Tracked with a fee of £2.95. Once the order is dispatched, the item will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
